CANCELLATION AND REIMBURSEMENT POLICY

To make any cancellations or modifications, kindly notify us at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled booking time. Otherwise, we retain the right to retain deposits or impose a cancellation fee.

Refunds for your maxi cab reservations with Rapid Maxi Cabs will be executed under the following circumstances:

  1. If cancellations are made with a notice of 12 hours in advance.
  2. Refunds will be processed after deducting administrative charges, as outlined below.
  3. In the event of missed flights, refunds for prepaid journeys will be handled after the deduction of administrative charges, provided passengers responsibly inform us.
  4. For refunds to international bank accounts, deductions will be calculated based on the actual amount paid.

Refunds will not be initiated in the following scenarios:

  1. If cancellations are reported within 12 hours of the booking.
  2. In the case of reservations made for the wrong date, flight, or irrelevant details.
  3. When a passenger departs from the designated pickup point without notifying us.
